Hello, my name is Evelyn Greaves Bey, and I'm a qualified psychologist with six years of experience providing one-to-one services. I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and have completed a diploma in counselling and psychotherapy in 2017.
I receive frequent therapeutic training which supports a broad range of interventions.
In acknowledgment of an ever-changing world I also recognise the challenges that come with uncertainty. Training increases my passion and motivation for learning and professional develop. I embrace the challenges of the world through social awareness and the uniqueness of each individual’s journey.
My training journey is a continuance of my dedication towards supporting individuals who desire positive changes in their world whilst improving mental health and wellbeing.

As a member of the BACP with 6 years experience, I adhere to their ethical framework, ensuring that I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I use an integrative approach, combining different therapeutic techniques to suit each individual’s needs.
In 2021, I obtained a license from Evergreen Certifications, which allows me to provide high-quality counselling and psychotherapy services to my clients.
I’m passionate about helping people overcome difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and I’m here to provide a warm, empathetic and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Short-term therapy

Long-term therapy can take several months or years, and it typically involves a collaborative process between you and your therapist.
