Introduction

All are welcome. I am naturally empathetic and offer a sensitive approach to client-work. I’m approachable, flexible, patient, open-minded and authentic. I maintain confidentiality and provide a non-judgemental platform to provide a safe space for private discussions, always.

I provide guidance and assist clients to meet their overall needs by engaging in open discussions to work with the information to assist clients to meet their objectives by planning how their desired goals can be met effectively. I’m competent and able to work well and resonate with the complexities presented during client processing and assist them to work within relationships and societal pressures that impacts their world.

Supporting Clients Change

Having a good understanding about individuals evolving life-changing situations can sometimes bring, when least expected, I dedicate my time to supporting clients through the rocky periods they encounter and support them through interventions to move forward and onto new pathways. My role is to support clients to cope with life’s challenges whilst assisting with reducing anxiety, fears and concerns which are often about the unknown future that lies ahead. I assist clients to manage daily living so they can function to the best of their ability using tools learnt during their therapeutic process for both their immediate and long-term goals. In my experience clients gain deeper in-sights into their own patterns of behaviours which also gives them a clearer perspective of how they relate within relationships and what they, themselves might acknowledge they desire to improve on.

Goal-Oriented Therapy

I’m supportive and provide gentle guidance throughout the engagement process until clients feel ready to move towards achieving their goals as they learn to become less fearful of expressing their implicit needs. I assist clients to identify what they want to improve or change in their lives whilst supporting them with identifying specified goal setting. Clients also become mindful and begin to adopt a reflective approach to problem-solving. My contribution to client-work is to support clients to break through barriers that often keep them stuck and feeling worn out and hopeless. I support clients to manage safe and effective transitioning.
